# Payments and Invoices

Everything about your payments: accepted methods, invoices, receipts, and managing your direct debit mandate.

## Payment methods

Payments are handled by **Mollie**, a certified European payment provider. Depending on your country: credit card, SEPA bank transfer, and the usual local payment methods. Your payment data never passes through our servers.

## Subscriptions and automatic direct debit

When subscribing to a plan, a **direct debit mandate** is created after the first payment: subsequent installments are debited automatically, with no action required on your part.

- The mandate is visible in **Billing**, and **revocable at any time**. Future installments will then need to be paid manually.
- A failed payment (expired card…) is retried; you're notified before any consequence to your services.

## Your invoices

Every payment generates an invoice, listed under **Billing → History**:

- **PDF receipt / invoice** downloadable and printable for your accounting;
- billing details (company name, address, VAT) editable under **Billing → Details**. They appear on subsequent invoices.

[Domains](/docs/acheter-un-domaine) are billed separately, at the time of purchase or renewal, and appear in the same history.

## Cancellation and refund

Cancelling a subscription takes effect **at the end of the paid period**: you keep the service until the term ends, and no further debit occurs. See also [Account or per-project subscription](/docs/abonnements-projets) for the exact scope of a cancellation.

> A question about an invoice? Open a [support ticket](/docs/tickets-support) in the **Billing** category. It is the fastest channel.
