# Introduction to Webgune

Webgune hosts your applications, bots, and databases on a managed Kubernetes infrastructure, without you having to touch Kubernetes. You push code or choose an image, and the platform handles the build, networking, SSL, and monitoring.

## What the platform does for you

- **Automatic build from GitHub**: a push triggers a new deployment, with no CI configuration to write.
- **Docker image deployment**: any public or private image, ready in seconds.
- **Managed databases**: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, provisioned from the dashboard, with persistent storage.
- **Domains and SSL**: a free subdomain, active right away, or your own domain with an automatically renewed certificate.
- **Observability**: live logs and CPU/memory metrics for each service.

## How it's built

Each account has one or more **projects**, each isolated in its own Kubernetes namespace. Inside a project, you add **services**: a web application, a database, or a custom container. **Traefik** is the reverse proxy and handles routing; **ZeroSSL** certificates are issued and renewed by a dedicated cluster component.

## Where to start

1. [Create an account](/docs/creer-un-compte) with Discord or GitHub.
2. [Create your first project](/docs/premier-projet) and add a service to it.
3. Explore the guides in the **Services** section for your stack (Next.js, Docker, PostgreSQL…).

> All the documentation is organized by topic in the menu on the left. Use **⌘K** (or **Ctrl K**) to search for a page.
